We've revamped this event and identified the most relevant topics for everyone in the industry. You can bring your whole team; there's something for everyone!

Join us on Sunday evening for a Welcome Reception with music, drinks, games, and an outdoor space to network with your peers.

Tabletop exhibits and all sessions will take place on Monday, April 15, with three tracks of education. Our membership meeting will take place during the attendee luncheon. Award winners and longtime members will be recognized, and Jill McClure, CEO, will provide an update from HPBA.

Our exclusive Gas Fitters Training will be offered Tuesday - Wednesday; click here for more details and registration. (this training is not included in the Annual Conference registration, separate registration is required.)

Hotel Information

The 2024 MAHPBA Annual Conference will take place at the Kalahari Resorts in Pocono Manor, PA. Click here to make hotel reservations.

The group rate of $167 is available for Sunday (4/14/24) - Tuesday (4/16/24). A limited number of rooms are available on Saturday (4/13/24) at the discounted rate of $309. Rooms are subject to hotel availability. The group rate ends on March 22, 2024.

Bring the family and enjoy all the amenities that Kalahari has to offer. Admission to the indoor and outdoor waterpark (weather permitting) is included for each attendee that books a room in our group block! (valid during dates of stay only)

Come Early and Golf! Pocono Manor Golf Course is located 5 minutes from Kalahari Resorts, and is offering MAHPBA attendees discounted rates on golf. Starting April 1, attendees can call the pro shop (570-839-1389) and mention they are with the MAHPBA conference. Tee times on Saturday, April 13 or Sunday, April 14 are available at the the discounted rate of $45, which includes golf cart rental.
